Observation

1. Licensor observed 3 sets of blinds in main childcare space and dining area that have inner cords that can form a loop greater than 3.5 inch circumference. 2. Licensor observed 1 TV cord that is accessible to form loop around greater that 3.5 inch circumference, needs to be secured to wall or out of reach to children. 3 & 6. Licensor observed exit pathway tall grass, loose foot stones that can pose to be a trip hazard, a white irrigation cap, loose or unleveled cement stones & garbage can on left of exit pathway that impede near exit pathway and can pose to be a trip hazard. 4. Licensor observed water temp at 125 deg F, must be below 120 deg f for child safety. 5. Licensor observed 1 outlet accessible to children's height on island kitchen area that is not tamper resistant.
